We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Global Reward Team here at Costa Coffee. As Reward Partner to Operations you’ll play an integral role in helping to shape and deliver our reward framework and practices. We’re a hands on team so this role will require someone to be comfortable in proactively reaching out to their business area to provide them with support and insight whilst also leading on projects that will help to drive continuous improvement for us in this area.

A bit about the role...

As our Reward Partner to Operations you will be responsible for partnering our people partners and our leaders across our UK & I retail business. You’ll collaborate with them and provide high quality insight, analysis and advice ensuring we have pragmatic and best in class reward propositions.

In this role you will not only support with business as usual activity but also get chance to lead on and input into a number of reward related projects that look to enhance our offering and business capability in this area.

  • You will work with business leaders and our people partners to provide advice on role grading and evaluation and the subsequent pay decisions made when hiring to these roles
  • Work with Reward Managers to deliver pay analysis for each of their client groups through the design and delivery of analytical pay and bonus models
  • You will support with cyclical reward activities such as pay review and bonus review for each of your client groups
  • Support Reward Managers in the delivery of the business reward frameworks and principles by providing accurately and timely data analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with Business Partners and other stakeholders, ensuring that Reward is well-positioned to support and advise the business

  • You can demonstrate previous experience of having operated in a similar reward related role, ideally with experience from within the retail or hospitality industry
  • You can demonstrate a broader understanding of reward and the role it plays in a wider people function
  • Experience of analysing data and translating this into action orientated insights
  • You will have experience of working with confidential data and compliance
  • You’ll be someone who loves to collaborate and build strong working relationships across a business, who is confident at challenging when required and providing pragmatic solutions to their stakeholders

Location / Travel: This role will be based from our offices in Dunstable with flexibility for office and home working throughout the week
