The Global Campaigns Manager at Costa plays a critical role in managing and ensuring successful launches for Global Campaigns across all markets.

A bit about the role...

You’ll work cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders to understand the scope of each campaign, ensuring timelines are met and products are shipped to markets within timeframes to enable successful campaign launches.

  • Manage Global Campaign launches across the EMENA, Ireland, USA & Coke Bottling partners ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and are closed out with £0 stock write off.
  • Communicating Global timelines to all stakeholders to achieve launch dates across all markets – internal teams and suppliers. Frequently reviewing the process for constant improvement in implementation
  • Working with internal food, beverage, marketing & innovation teams to ensure alignment to Global timelines
  • Managing all communication for campaigns, sharing sell in decks with markets and gathering all pre-orders
  • Reviewing forecasts v’s demand for campaign lines to ensure there is enough stock and that the campaign closes out with 0 stock write off

  • Experience working within F&B industry in a Supply Chain related role
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on own initiative to get what we need to international partners
  • Knowledge and understanding of International export
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Location / Travel: Must be able to travel to Dunstable Head Office 1-2 days a week
