Working directly with Costa stores and field operations to drive productivity and offer world class Dayforce support and expertise. To act as the eyes and ears in the field for the Productivity team and ensure we remain aligned with our store colleagues:

A bit about the role...

As well as supporting the Labour Operations & Analytics Manager you will need to take ownership and maintenance of weekly Labour KPI reporting for UK Retail Operations teams. We will also be looking for the following…..


  • Analyse reporting to ensure you keep abreast of performance and can support your field teams
  • Joint responsibility for ensuring all operational queries are responded to from Productivity Support within agreed SLA
  • Focus on providing detailed, timely, highly quality responses that solve any queries first time
  • Supporting the wider productivity team with analysis for central project work
  • Keeping abreast of labour model developments and how these impacts our stores
  • Proactively monitoring and flagging performance
  • Supporting wider business projects on an adhoc basis

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Understanding of COSTA processes & operational procedures
  • Understanding of VBA
  • Working in a virtual team environment
  • Producing KPI reporting
  • Retail experience central or operational
