We are a business that moves fast and has bold ambitions. This role will require a commercially astute ‘Head of’ to manage the new store acquisition process, identification of the stores and channels, and manage a team to deliver against new, ambitious growth plans. In this unique, strategic opportunity you’ll own all concession and new store business development relationships, whilst maximising sales and profit from these channels.

A bit about the role...
Leading the acquisition programme, you’ll be responsible for the identification & delivery of the target location strategy plan for the UK&I across equity & partnerships by formulating a detailed plan for gross openings whilst identifying profitable channels. Working with the insight team, external partners you’ll identify target location plans for each region with regional acquisitions teams.
Main Key Responsibilities:
Growth channel new business relationships & concessions, key account management
Working with key stakeholders for business channels; travel [rail / air]; roadside & Drive Thru. Partners who will produce scale & synergy with our business
Manage a team of 8; regional acquisition managers to deliver tenders and acquisitions for target number of stores
Analyse & identify key performance indicators for NSO Success. Own and deliver regional NSO plan with the regional acquisitions managers
Work with the store development team, designers, property consultants, to ensure correct level of expenditure to deliver new stores rapidly and efficiently

- In depth knowledge & experience of required retail and property markets. Experience of concession and franchise agreements
Estate strategy knowledge in retail business
Strong negotiating, partner management, man-management skills
Chartered Status & MRICS Qualified
Multisite store acquisition/roll out programme experience
