For Store Managers, there’s a minimum starting salary of £31,000 per annum plus a potential bonus on top of that and oodles of opportunity to develop.

We offer a starting hourly rate of at least £10.70 for Baristas and £11.23 for Team Leaders (regardless of age) across Costa Coffee-owned stores – as you progress so will your rate.
